It has been over a year since Dean Winchester watched his two brothers force one another into Lucifer’s cage. After the incident Dean rarely went on hunts anymore and settled down. He promised to himself that he wouldn’t do anymore hunts. However, promises are meant to be broken and he did a few hunts on the side. One cold afternoon, Dean stumbled across his brother. The reunion was a Hallmark occasion. However, both brothers are unaware that Sam doesn’t have a soul.
Meanwhile Heaven is in turmoil there have been two sides and both sides what their respected leaders to lead Heaven since Michael is still in the Pit. Castiel is on one side of the spectrum while Raphael is on the other side of the spectrum. Only one group can lead Heaven and it’s looking like Raphael’s group might win since Castiel went to Earth to try and calm horrible things that have been happening in a town in New York known as Watkins Glen.
Nevertheless, the horrible things that have been in Watkins Glen have demons written on them and Castiel is trying to find the one behind the attacks. He is certain the one behind the attacks is Crowley, but isn’t reporting back to Heaven until he is certain. Sam and Dean have descended on the town because of these reports and to them it’s just other hunt unaware that Castiel is in the town also. Will there be a reunion or what will the winds of change bring?.
